We need to share ideas and experiences to ease the isolation and fears surroungi death ...a natural part of life.
We are a friendly group of people, who love to share cake and discuss all the complexities of being human and having the opportunity to discuss topics that people find difficult in ordinary social situations.
Most people express a sense of relief in being able to talk and listen to a variety of ideas.
Arnos Vale cemetery is a fascinating and beautiful place to hold our meeting , historically,culturally interesting and surrounded by woodlands and nature .

Mary has been a facilitator of many groups for over 30 years ,involving children, adults and specialising in eldercare, has studied grief work ,mindfulness,meditation .
