About Poppy Mardall:
I am founder of Poppy's, a funeral directors in London taking a fresh approach. I think opening up to death through conversation is healthy, can be uplifting and brings connection in our communicties. I'm keen to support these conversations, and to learn from them, whenever I can.
What brings you to Death Cafe?
I knew and admired Jon Underwood from the very beginnings of Death Cafe. I'd like to help facilitate open conversations where people can feel comfortable talking about death, in my own community.
What would you like your legacy to be?
I don't like to think too much about legacy - it is so far beyond my control. I like to think about the here and now.
